When my family moved to Buckeye right after we graduated, they used to say, 'be careful what you say about a person here because most everyone is related .' I've lived here long enough now (off/on) that I can say that about my own family. lol!

No, Carl Hayden is not related to our Hayden clan. Probably everyone thinks that Hayden Rd was named for him, but not so.
