 Tempe High School Class of 1969 - Latest News 02-26-2009 - Minutes from February 13, 2009 Kick-off 40th Reunion Meeting To all,
A quick recap of the lunch meeting: We had a great meeting with 7 old friends showing up. Mary Boyd, Diane H. Grant, Mark Kirchner, Mike Elkins, Stan Runnels, The redoubtable William Richardson and myself. It was fun catching up!
We made some assignments.
TREASURER: Mark Kirchner and I will double up as treasurer. We are going to get together with Kelly Moeur and replace him on the bank account.
LOCATIONS: Diane Grant and Mary Boyd are beginning to scout locations for the event.
MEETINGS: We have decided to meet monthly during the first week to make sure this happens. The next scheduled meeting is set for March 5, 2009 between 5-7. The LOCATION we discussed has not panned out. We are trying to see if a conference room is available at Fennemore Craig. Grady, if push comes to shove, do you have a conference room we could borrow?
EVENT TIMING: Mike Elkins has family that is heavily involved in an entity called the Buffalo Foundation. He is going to nail down Tempe High’s and the Foundations October events schedules so that we could schedule our reunion with either Homecoming or a home football game.
