 Steve on his 50th birthday...someone brought a statue of John Wayne...his hero... Steven Paul Ethington, 57, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away June 26, 2008. Â He was born on May 13, 1951. Â Survivors include his two daughters; Stacie Ermisch (Eric), and Jennifer Harshey (Matt), his seven grandchildren; Malorie, Brooke, Cade, Natalie, Brett, Ryan, and Nathan, his father Everett Ethington, his four sisters, Debbie Holt, Cathy Robinson, Kay Schneider and Susan Swearingin. Â Services will be held Thursday July 3rd at 11 A.M. at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, Glendale, AZ. Â Private burial will be held at a later date...
