Three of us (Louie, Larry and myself) are writing a tribute to Peter Staddon, our classmate killed in Vietnam. Any of you who want to contribute information about Peter for the tribute, please either email one of us or post the information on this message.
I knew Peter in high school. I remember him as one of the nicest guys anyone could know. I was so sorry when I learned of his passing. Just writing this chokes me up.
I don't think I ever heard Peter do anything loudly. If he laughed, it was a quiet chuckle. He always seemed to be in a good mood and friendly, though he was not an extrovert.
Here's his Vietnam Wall page. Be forewarned, it's a little shocking. You can copy and paste the link into your web browser:

I am the historian for the 11th Armored Cavalry Veterans of Vietnam and Cambodia. Peter Staddon, a Temp High Class of 1969 graduate was a member of our Regiment killed in Vietnam on 30 October 1970. I am interested in corresponding with any of his classmates who are willing to be interviewed for a history of our Regiment that I am writing.
