Where is he?  He seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth.  Did he really get fowled that much during basketball games or was he just looking for a freebie?

'Hutch' actually called our house this Jan. after he saw Ed's Dad's obituary.  He was very tearful and tender with memories of dinners with Ed's family before those games where he got the 'freebies'.  He and Ed lived at the College Inn at the same time at UofA.  I remember visiting Ed one weekend, and watching 'Hutch' do a cannon ball off the balcony into the pool!  Unfortunately, the number he left has been disconnected.  He said he was traveling to Canada on business each week.  He's gotten in touch maybe 3 or 4 times over the years.  He even came by maybe 12yrs. ago and shot some hoops with our sons!  Hope we can find him.
Hi Peter.  Sure hope you can to the reunion too.  It would be great to see you.

Hi Diane, how are the Grants?  Was Hutch living in the valley when you saw him last, I havent seen or heard from him since we graduated. Hope we can get him to come. This website has been fun.

Jerry

Hi Jerry.  We loved seeing the picture of you and your clan.  You guys all look great.  You are clearly blessed.  Ed remembers riding along on a flight of yours years ago.  He remembers it cost him $50!
Please say 'hello' to Christie for me too.
I'm not sure where Mike was living, but I got the impression it was here, as he said he wanted to attend the funeral, if he was in town.  Once I didn't get through on the phone number he left, I deleted it, and I don't remember the area code.  He had called Coach Duane too, and he called to express his condolonces.  What a great role model he was to so many.  He said he was 73yrs. old.  Said Coach Larry Campbell had died several years ago of a clot to his lungs.  We'll have to invite Coach Duane to the reunion.
We look forward to seeing you guys in October, Jerry.

Greg Tate will buy a drink for anyone who gets Hitchings to the party.  Even finding his phone number deserves a reward.

Game on, Greg.
I had no idea of all the women that have 'wanted you' over the years.  You shot me down in the 4th grade when I chased you on the playground, almost caught you but ripped your sweater and got in trouble.  Some things never change.

A lady contacted me this week saying she'd been observing our website, and noted that Mike hadn't logged in, yet, and asked if we'd found him.  She's an old family friend.  Yesterday she emailed me and said she'd found him, had emailed him, and was waiting for a response.

So, Mike, if you're reading the threads, now you know people are wanting to hear from you!

Using the email address the lady gave me, I contacted Mike and he responded, saying he'd do his best to come to the reunion.  I think he's going to be in touch with Diane and Ed, so if there's any more info, they'll have it.  Bottom line is he's been found, but the job was done by an outside party.

Aloha guys ! I want to start this out by saying that Paulette Chartier has the greatest legs in the universe. She has always remained in my heart. I saw her in 1988, with her arm in a sling- and realized how beautiful she was. I should have been like Eddie and Diane- and kept her with me. ( Major mistake )
Dianne: It was 21 years ago that I came by the house. ( 12 was close-lol )
I am living in Maui, and will try my best to get there. If I don't, please realize that all of you guys are in my heart and sole. I would like to take Tate up on that beer offer, tho! I hope u guys get my email off this communique.

The only hang-up of attending the reunion is the opportunity I have of trying out for the point guard position for Tonga's basketball team. We hope to challenge for the gold metal in 2012. After taking down LeBron and Kobe, I'm hoping to step in for Steve Nash after he retires, and return home ( Phoenix ) to lead the Suns to an NBA title. I have been busy practicing my 20 foot set shots ( since I can't jump anymore ) I have suggested that we play a 4 on 5 zone defense that will allow me to stay at one end of the court the entire game. ( for offensive purposes only ) Plus that will greatly reduce wear and tear on my body, as I gear up for a long career in the NBA.

One more thought:
Jerry: My goodness; did you ever think of buying a television ? When God said ' Go forth and multiply '- I think you took that a little overboard. Isn't there a Kerrville up north- now I know where the name of the town came from. I know that you grew up farming, but you seem to have taken ' sowing ' to a new level.
Congrats, Cuz !

Hi Mike,

It's so good to hear from you!  Glad you finally logged on and can see how much people would enjoy seeing you at the reunion.
Guess 20yrs. ago, coming by our house is a better estimate of time.  Like I said, math was never my strong suit.
Hope you checked out the picture of Paulette from Sr. Ditch day under the 'Looking Back' section that was posted on your behalf.
Ed and I sure hope you can make it to the reunion.  Start watching for cheap tickets, and book it.  I'm watching for your name on the list of RSVPs.  You're kind of like the 'class mascot'.  If we can get Mikey to come, all is well.

Diane

Hello MIke.

Nice to know you are still out there and alive...  Even though you possibly aren't what you used to be  on the court at Tempe High.  Let me start out by saying 'Thanks' for the sweet sentiment and compliment.  You apparently have not lost your smooth talking ways and I still love you for it!  You still have a great sense of humor, ie; Jerry Kerr's propagating.  We do not have your email from this response.  You will need to go to the heading of 'Contact Classmates and enter your info for any of us to be able to contact you through your email.  Otherwise this is the only way to communicate with you.  That means everyone will be able to read the hot emails I send you.  Think about it!!!
Love you still, for all the wrong reasons :)  Hope you can make it to the reunion.  Me
