This site is really fun and I'm really excited about getting to see everyone in October. I was digging through my old photos the other day and ran across my 4th grade class picture from Mitchell School. I didn't have the names on the back so I couldn't remember everybody. I posted it in 'Looking Back' and identified the ones I knew and a couple of them I was not absolutely sure (They are in parentheses). I'm hoping that y'all can help me fill in the blanks. If you can help let me or Larry Cannon or Pat Gill know so it can get posted. Thanks!

I don't even remember who's class I was in and since the picture doesn't say I guess it will stay a mystery. We moved here in December of 4th grade. Did you know Nancy Cramer? She was at Mitchell but I guess she must have gone on to McKemy & McClintock?
Does anyone have any info on Lynne Semon? The only thing I have is the list from the 30th saying that her last name is Frost. Still tough finding some of the women from our class.

Hi Carol. I was in Mr. Stone's class too. I'm pretty sure it was 5th grade. I remember I liked having him for a teacher. Then I had Mr. Cox in 6th grade. Man, seems like a million years ago.
Steve - I can't help you with any names, but I was a Mitchell School in 4th grade with Mrs. Scales, she was bout 80 then. This may well have been that class, I might have started late. Other teachers there: Mr. Pomeroy, Mr. Cox - have very positive memories of both of those guys, but I don't know why....

How about Mrs. Iaquinto, Mrs. Campbell and my all time favorite Mr. Taysom.
I saw Jeri Iaquinto and she said that her mom is alive and still going strong. Someone else said that Mr. Taysom is still around too. I will always remember Mr. Taysom reading Johnny Tremaine to us after lunch. I had to leave Mr. Taysom's fifth grade class in the middle of the year cause we moved one street out of the district. Bummer! Mitchell was a great place to go to school.

The info sheet from the 30th says her married name is Frost. There's info on the web that a Lynne (unusual spelling for the name) Frost graduated from U of A in '74 (more or less the right year) and there's record of a Lynne Frost, age 57, who works in publishing in New York. Anyone else know anything?

Lynn Semons lived across the street from me when I lived on 7th Street just east of Hardy. I have no idea what ever happened to her. I lost track of Lynn when my family moved to 11th and Farmer. Mike Bloodworth lived at the West end of 7th Street and I think new Lynn. Tommy Espinoza lived at the East end.
