Feeling a little nostalgic...

I admit it.  I'm kind of missing the Reunion Meetings and the faces of my classmates.  
I was wondering if anyone wanted to share about their holidays while at THS?
I remember tearing cartilage in my knee, at cheer practice, the October of our Jr. year & being on crutches through Christmas. While my armpits were sore from the crutches, the attention I got made it all ok.
The basketball team always played in a Holiday Tournament at Brophy too.
I also remember seeing my Dad cry for the first time when he got the call that his Dad had died of a heart attack on New Years Day, in Illinois.  
Funny the stuff that sticks with you...

Funny I just happened to think about checking the website. I really enjoyed our reunion meetings also.
Wow, the holidays in high school.  I remember in my sophomore year being grounded for peeking at our presents in the closet, before Christmas. I also remember being grounded my senior year from cheering at the holiday basketball tournaments because after a date with Bill Post, we went back to his house and his parents weren't home. Seems like I spent a lot of my high school years being grounded. My Mom and I were always butting heads :(   You did not want to but heads with my Mom!  My junior year was a blur because I was grounded indefinitely.
Not to worry though, I sneaked out as often as I could ;)
