Thank you for your service.
My Dad, a WWII Navy vet, is memorialized on Mt. Soledad, at the base of a cross, in LaJolla along with hundreds of others. It is also our son Jeff's birthday, who proudly bears my Dad's middle name.
We think of you all on this day, and the many freedoms we enjoy because of your sacrifice. I pray today, particularly, for those who lost their lives at Ft. Hood, in a place that should have been safe.
Hey Langhi!
Thanks to you and all in our class who served! There are several. I am grateful to you all. Also to those who have sons and daughters who have served or are serving now. I pray they are safe and will return home peacefully.
We owe our veterans and those who are becoming vets so much!
May we and they someday, enjoy a peace that they have worked so hard and gave so much for.
It is not about Nam anymore alone, we have so many new people to thank, like my youngest Daughter and Husband for their Service and all the others to.
My youngest Daughter teaches Music at Middle School by Fort Hood. Some of her Students are from Fort Hood. She called me upset about what had happened that Day. But she's tough, 5 years in the Navy as a Nurse and Ambulance Driver, in Sicily, Italy. Also a Coloratora Voice like Stevie Nicks and a little cutie.
Patton , when is Brownd going to post his pictures on the website?
