Figured I'd be the first to break the sound barrier here. One of those 'quiet ones' in school, it's nice to be talking now with a wider circle than I did in 1969. I hope lots of people will use this site to check in and let us all know what you're up to.
Just found this site and wanted to say Hi to anyone who comes around. I live in Tempe again, just a few miles south. Both my sons went to Marcos de Niza. For those who moved away, Marcos is a couple miles east and south of Tempe High. It has been a really long time since high school and I would like to touch base with some of my old friends. So anyone who reads this, put your information in so your friends can find you too.

Just a note to say I saw Diane the other night on Channel 8's 'Arizona in the 60's'. The blip was too fast to take it all in, but I also saw Jill G. You've all probably seen it, it was a story about Playboy first coming to Phx. There were these pictures of girls with the Gnrl. Mngr. of the club. What's the story there, it seems I remember something about poms or cheers from around the valley involved somehow?
BUSTED (literally)! The cheerleaders of the class of '69 are outed now. However, we did a good job of keeping it on the DL for 43yrs., right, Paulette, Sally, Cindy, Vicki S. and Vicki V.?
Thanks for 'outing' us, Hutch & Rick. Guess our 'payoff' ran out, huh? Better watch your backs. Or maybe we need to up our ante the keep the pictures under wraps?
