Body:	<i>Tommy, you're a gem! I didn't get in that society you mentioned and my feelings were hurt at the time. Mrs. Milner, the journalism teach, pulled me aside right afterwards and told me the reason I didn't was because I was blackballed by 1 teacher, and she told me it was the 1st year drama teacher, who hated me and the whole group in my class - Susie Clark, Pat Willoughby, and a couple of juniors whose names I forget who had been hard on her during the senior class play. The teacher was a married woman with a family and had a hard time making it to rehersals. One day she said something about needing time for her family, and somebody piped up, 'Give me nine months and I can have a family, too!' The teacher didn't see who said it, but I know who it was and it wasn't me! She held that comment against all of us for the entire year. This was just a few moments in class, you understand, and I confess I laughed along with everybody else when the comment was made. But think about those few moments sometimes, because I'm sure that's what kept me from the society Tommy hilariously described. I can laugh now, but I surely didn't then.</i> *
