Body:	<i>I had several jobs. Sometimes I had 2. I had paper routes almost continually-- actually had an AZ Republic route until shortly after graduation. I kept it that long because I was hoping to get one of their scholarships. Didn't happen but another of our classmates--Rick Schumm did get one. I also worked at Burger Chef with several other members of our class. Lousy pay--$.90/hr but good burgers, cute college girls, and saw some big fights in the parking lot. Ialso worked for Saga Foods at Manzanita dorm. I started out washing dishes and worked my way up to cracking eggs for Sunday am. scrambled eggs. I think it was around 40-50 dozen--done 4 at a time--2 in each hand! I also worked summers and some Saturdays for my Dad's Const. business (guess what I'm still doing). It was almost entirely laborers work--haul trash, dig ditches and footings, demo walls and jack hammer out concrete (guess what I'm still doing). I did not get to do much skilled work until after high school. </i> *
