Body:	<i>Last night I was watching the news (Channel 12 for those of us here in the Valley) and there was a segment on $100 million of federal stimulus money coming here to the Valley. Turns out it's for a local company called E-Tech (or something like it) who will be using the $100million to set up and install charging stations for electric cars. Guess who's president of the company? When it gave his name and ran a clip, I knew it was a familar name and face. I thumbed through the yearbook to make sure, and yes, it is! I didn't know Don Karner in high school, although his name was certainly familar to me. Hooray! is all I can say. I mean, I recycle, compost and have a garden, but here's a guy who's doing something impactful for all of us and for the planet, too. And he went to Tempe High! Anybody in touch with him?</i> *
