Body:	<i>Seeing my name in Rick Evans list made me think about some of the positive things that happened in H.S. I felt pretty shy and dorky, so it was easy to remember just the awkward feelings. There had to be lots of great times, I just can't remember them so well anymore......but these stand out. 1. The band trip to CA...Charger game, Disneyland and all the fun. Rick(y) Evans being so sweet and happy and letting me borrow his shoulder on the bus ride home! I came from a very strict home and the freedom felt wonderful. 2. Playing an original piece for a concert at Grady Gammage Auditorium. That was the Big Time and exciting. 3. Meeting so many new people and yet still knowing so many kids I had grown up with. Having a couple best friends, Pat Norman and Mary Miller to hang out with. 4. Having crushes on so many cute and funny guys. 5. Definitely Legend City. 6. Marching band practice in the early mornings and evenings and being good enough to be one of the top marching bands in the State. I'd never done anything that hard. I loved Mr. Miller. 7. Learning to make jewelry in art class. 8. Singing in the choir. 9. Senior Ditch day. 10. Wondering what in the world I would do after graduating. </i> *
